We need volunteers to help us run the 2008 festival!

Legal Advice

The Deep Fried Film Festival is committed to helping film makers get their films out. As such we are looking for a lawyer who is willing to help campaign for the setting up of the Scottish Classification Board to enable independent film makers to legally sell their films in Scotland. The festival is already setting out the ground work for running such a board and we will be launching full details of how the board will be run in the near future.

By involving the local community, raising awareness of independent film and creating film making opportunities the Deep Fried Film Festival intends to help filmmakers get access to necessary practical and theoretical resources, filmmakers realise their abilities and promote themselves to a larger audience.
